There is a folk saying that says you can't control the weather. Maybe in
1922 it was still true.. But not today...
I did a search and I found this, working its way through the halls of Congress (see red box, center).
Apparently Weather Modification is not bullshit.
I wanted to say it was
all bullshit but it isn't. Much to my dismay. On top of this, I found
it is a taboo subject to discuss in some circles.
How would something
like this slip under the radar?
Together as a nation of workers doing what we are told without asking
what it is for ... we may have built these psychopaths the weapons
for making their perverse dream of eugenics come to pass. I fear that we
built them for the psychopaths, piece by piece, all of us little
Eichmanns who worked for defense contractors and different big
faceless companies, working on diverse projects unknowingly.
When
you only work on one piece of a machine it looks harmless enough, like a
part that could be used for multiple things. A snippet of code looks

by itself too. At face value it seems pointless to
sabotage the little things that seem pointless. A company looks so
innocent to a worker, with one piece of the puzzle, yet behind the scenes
the real pigs who would dominate the world will take those innocent
parts and snippets of code and assemble them into machines of death that
boggle the senses.
Sorry, can't tell you what it's for. Corporate secrecy and
National Security, ya know ...
These pigs have used and manipulated the brain power of millions of people to destroy and control everything the world has. Now that they have what they want, unlimited power with no accountability to anyone, now they cull us ... And if we honestly look at this process we have been in denial about for so long, we may want to destroy it. It makes us angry in response, scared... and it ought to make us seek answers and justice.
The neocons know that's how we'd feel, knowing this kind of information. So they made us invent (for "security") long distance Tasers, microwave crowd control devices, microchips to track everything, and Haldol implants, and Mental Illness screening to keep us emotionally controlled should we decide to not do as they say, should we ask too many questions, should we fail to jump when they say jump, fail to work when they blow the whistle. I fear weather modification isn't tin foil conspiracy anymore.
America was about a dream for a better life. Instead we got a generations-deep game of make believe, a game that has trained us to forget each other, forget what we see, and ignore the machinations of madmen. The game makes us doubt their sick character is bad even when it's plain as day, and while we are trancing out pretending everything's OK, the monsters have made an empire ... and we have built it for them.
Was Hurricane Katrina made, or made deliberately worse than it was, or not? Why did help come soooooo slllloooow to people herded and locked in the Superdome?
The people of New Orleans died in
droves, drowned by the hundreds. Some got out of town before the storm hit, before the levee burst, but others -- the "undesirables, the poor, the disabled, and of course black people -- were left to die.
Disasters happen, but this was something more. Why would this happen ...
unless it is a convenient disaster, part of an experiment, part of a plan?

Imagine if you had a tyrant's heart and no shame or capacity for a
conscience. Imagine if you did bad things because it gave you pleasure.. and as
long as you had your fun or got yours and didn't get caught, who
cares? Now, just imagine being a consiousless psychopath put in
control of a nation -- wouldn't you desire the kind of CONTROL you would
get over other people, their lives, and entire cities, states, and nations, if
you could control the weather?
If you worked this weapon the way you wanted, you could make it impossible for the races of people you deem inferior
to grow food. You could destroy hostile cities with floods and cause
biblical proportion hailstorms. You could bake dissidents with heat or
freeze them to death. In fact, you could hold the world hostage, with God-like power. What army could endure a tornado coming, while guns are fired at you with satellite
precision from a booth 2,000 miles away? This kind of force is a
psychopath's wet dream.
If weather-control technologies are being used today, we'd better start
investigating it and stop telling ourselves it can't be
possible. Stop pretending the technology can't exist. Denial won't make the
danger of it go away.
We have to look into it, and maybe develop counter-technology, if we value our freedom from tyrants. Just like people didn't
want to believe PNAC really wants to destroy the government, likewise
a lot of people are in denial about how dangerous and brazen these
psychopaths infesting our government really are.
Joe Sixpack might feel safer pretending, averting his eyes from the
evidence. But is it really safe to do that, even when you are afraid and
fear you are powerless? If you look away, you are powerless for sure. So
why not look the enemy in the face and say, I know what you do.
When you
know, you can be empowered a bit more. It will not ease the fear, but you
won't be taken off guard either. You might even be able to hinder the
damage.
It was a master stroke of public manipulation to get people to ridicule the
tin foil, conspiracy buffs, and play armchair shrink to shut down
discussion on a very real problem about conspiracy. History, of course, is full of
sick conspiracies to take power and control away from others. Read history -- it's a parade of rulers and conspirators competing for
power, and history hasn't ended yet.
We need to look at the lure of wealth and the stains of
corruption and bad characters and the abuse of trust, power, and the
lust for weapons -- the carrots and sticks governments rely on to get
their way.
If you think weather control is impossible, be aware of what declaring an
idea "off limits" does to dialog. Ridicule sets limits to
questioning. And a person trying to speak must modify what they think
and say into half lies, to avoid reactions from fearful, reactionary, or
cynical people who can never get enough proof.
The character of people who would use weather control, bio-weapons, etc.,
to secure their own domination will always have plausible deniability
as an excuse when a disaster occurs. Even when that disaster is
profitable for them, even when their company gets the clean-up contract,
and even when the disaster "coincidentally" happens to kill off more of
the people they deem "undesirable." Bush is a Nazi...
So what better way to
get off the hook for killing "undesirables" and "useless eaters" and weed
out the poor and colored population, than to blame the uncontrolled
events of weather? Call it an act of God, while declaring your stratified way of thinking
as "culture of life."
When they say "culture of life," do you ever ask what kind
of life are they referring to? Eugenics is an American invention, you know. Hitler
admired the American eugenics programs here, and took it farther in
Germany. Hitler was smart enough to learn from American psychopaths, and America's psychopaths are smart enough to learn from Hitler.
Did Bush or PNAC want to cause Katrina?
Everything they do is cloaked in super-secrecy, so we can't know anything as an absolute.
But I am suspicious, and you should be, too. For example, I
do not know what parts of the Nor'easter on Halloween 1991 were real and
what parts were modified. It was a strange event in meteorology -- remember, that "Perfect Storm" blew backwards, against the jet stream,
in a crazy loop de loop. It sure looked confused ... or controlled.
I wonder about that "Perfect Storm," and I wonder about Hurricane Katrina too. I can't prove it was modified, but I have
my suspicions. Maybe on cue, Katrina changed her course, was made to be fiercer, wetter, worse.
After all, when we're talking about Bush and Cheney et al, we're not talking about people who have established their integrity. Quite the opposite. These are people who've earned every suspicion. Don't question whether these psychopaths would do it, if they could. The only serious question is whether they could.
And the technology to modify a weather system apparently already exists.
So if it is weapon-grade weather control, you can bet psychopaths that run
our country would want that kind of power. And if they have this power, who
can stop the weather from going off the charts if the technology is not
shut down and destroyed along with the plans to make this stuff??? How
can we stop these rich control-freak madmen, and end their death loving
eugenics programs ... if we won't let ourselves see what these
criminals would DO if they didn't have us to stop them.
So imagine what
they do under the cover of "can't control the weather," with sophisticated
little-known, even "taboo" weather control technology. They could
use it to "cull" people and make war and bribe people with imminent "act of God" disasters. If you, gentle reader,
are scared of looking like a
nut for questioning this, that is the lamest excuse I have ever heard for
not keeping an eye on abuses of power.
The Democrats have handed over power to the Neoconservatives, repeatedly, almost like
they knew this Empire was going to occur, almost as if they felt powerless to fight
against it. Were they bullied into complacency? Are they getting something sweet under the table?
Ever wonder why Democrats
are so spineless and wishy-washy and deceptive these days, giving up
golden opportunities to challenge Neocon policies or get Bush out?
Maybe because they have seen that
these Neocons now own this horrid technology, a power that is so
frightening and evil it would cause the public to freak out if they
understood what they were dealing with. Have the Democrats opted to
swallow their consciences, as if to say to say, if you can't beat them, join
them and shut up? Better to serve than to suffer? I don't have an answer,
but I know what it looks like.
Why have the Democrats refused to point out all the glaring blunders, crimes,
and evil plans of these Neocons? Their game plan is on-line for all to
see, in the PNAC documents. What part of destroy the government and
bankrupt the states don't you understand, people? It is a
conspiracy! Treason!
If we the people, out here so very far from the chambers of power,
if we can see that something stinks, don't tell
me the Democrats who rub elbows with these monsters don't smell it too. They
have seen the Abu Ghraib photos the Neocons are scared to let us
see.
Are the Democrats playing Cocker Spaniel because they have been backed into a
corner? I dunno. But how? What kind of threat would make people do that??
Do the Democrats know something about this Neocon cabal's capabilities, something far worse
than we know? Do they think the country would be held hostage whether
they resisted it or not? Is this why they act helpless and accept the
domination of a psychopath rather than risk speaking up? Do they fear
resistance would cause more civilian deaths and their own torture at
the hands of psychopaths with godlike power getting displeased with
them? Ya gotta wonder.
The pigs in the Military/Industrial system all know what global warming
is. Maybe they are hoping to mitigate disaster in some places, as they
milk us paying for gas ...
and maybe they want to cause disasters in certain places, perhaps.
These people are psychopaths. There's no time for denial.
The unaccountable, unaccounted for, no Congressional oversight, black
budget is where all our taxes have gone, giving the psychopaths the
secrecy they need to control everything.
Can't believe it?
Why is there so much business going on with weather control
unless the technology works somehow? Someone looking to make money off
modifying the weather is not calling it all tin-foil bullshit, not if they
are investing in it, and the government is handing out permits. Don't
you think?
It has been said the secret technology is like 20 years ahead
of the technology we see now. If that is true, then we need to quit
calling each other paranoids for asking, What The Fuck is going on here!!?
We need to connect some dots. We need to talk about this, debate it openly
and start asking why and how do we stop
this technology and this madness!

The significant expansion in America's weather warfare arsenal, which is

one would expect that if these capabilities are being developed for
military use, they would at least be the object of routine testing, much
