The propaganda campaign never ceases

by Leon Fisher, Unknown News      Oct. 22, 2006

Don't get me wrong, in order to know what the enemy is up to, you must force yourself, at the risk of nausea, to listen to their vile conversations. But unlike the policies of the scum which constitute our present government, I do not have to wiretap anyone's phone or monitor a private citizens e mails. All I have to do is tune in to my nearest right wing radio station and listen to their latest rantings.

The talk radio station I torture myself listening to features a lineup of all the high profile shills for the Bush Junta, such as Rush Limbaugh, and of course that great American, as his brain dead listeners like to refer to him, Sean Hannity. Beside the usual attacks upon those who disagree with their hateful, intolerant, fascist agenda, one can easily figure out that their marching orders come direct from their masters in Washington and Tel Aviv.

For instance, during the fighting in Lebanon this summer, a non stop condemnation of Hezbollah, Iran,
and Syria was orchestrated. This went on for weeks, word for word by every right-wing talk show host. Even the Sunday morning religious talk show hosts, a rabbi and a priest were venting their righteous indignation against Israel's enemies.

The timing and the tone of these talk show hosts make it very obvious that they were being told what to say and when to say it. When the Israeli invasion was repulsed, the subject was quickly changed to avoid any further mention of the embarrassing defeat of the US-backed Israeli Army.

The next demonstration of what to say and when to say it was when Hugo Chavez, President of Venezuela, spoke at the UN. Very little was mentioned of it by the Bush Regime. They did not have to, as a flood of indignation was loosed by Limbaugh, Hannity, and the lesser windbags at the station. Once again it was plain to see that the marching orders for the talk show shills originated in Washington.

Now, the other day Limbaugh had as his special guest, war criminal and 9/11 conspirator Vice President Dick Cheney. Something was up. Limbaugh never has any high profile guests on his show unless its really important to the Bush Junta and the Republican dominated rubber stamp Congress.

The interview consisted of the usual propaganda bullshit about all the great things Bush has done for America, such as a booming economy, keeping Americans safe from the terrorists, and all the wonderful progress being made in Iraq. But then they started talking about the coming election.

Apparently the Junta is worried about voter turnout, and Cheney showed up to try and mobilize what appears to be a disenchanted base. In order to steal another election, the Junta still needs enough voter turnout to make it look as though they won legitimately. What was said on Limbaugh's three hour propaganda extravaganza is of course directed mostly to the brain dead zombies who still believe such nonsense when it's throw at them every day.

However, listening to the conversation between modern day Nazis Limbaugh and Cheney, I would say that even their brain dead base is beginning to have problems digesting the tons of lies and disinformation ceaselessly being churned out by the present gang of criminals in Washington. Professional bullshit artists like Limbaugh and Hannity expect their listeners, like George Orwell's fictional character Winston in his book 1984, to believe without question anything that Bush and his handlers say, regardless of the facts.

However small the cracks are now in the facade, in time they will become great fissures resulting in the collapse of the whole rotten structure of treason and corruption, and the sooner the better.
