Beit Hanoun, Gaza Strip. You'll of course remember the Gaza Strip. The Gaza Strip is a killing field for Israel.
Just about anytime that the government of Israel gets its wind up for some blood, the brave and bold Israel Defense Forces tank their way into Gaza and kill Palestinians. It's almost like an Israeli national sport.

Ehud Olmert says,
"Hey, I know -- let's storm into Gaza and kill some women and children! We can use those nifty tanks and cluster bombs and maybe we could test out some depleted uranium munitions. No better test than a field test." Wait, it was Lebanon where Israel used those cluster bombs. Sorry, my bad.
You see, after Israel had their collective asses handed back to them by Hizb Allah in Lebanon, Israel needed someone to beat up on, so Gaza and the Palestinians become an Israeli convenience. It's ever so easy to beat up on and kill the defenseless. Israel is pretty darn good at killing the defenseless. Israel has had lots of practice on Palestinians.

Israeli version of Auschwitz. Another national convenience for Israelis. It is beyond a bizarre curiosity that Israel deals with the Palestinians much like the Third Reich dealt with the Jews à la WWII. Oh, those lessons of war. Internalized and dehumanized, Israelis feel that on some sub-psychotic level, Israel has every right to dehumanize and slaughter Palestinians. Well of course they do.
American media rarely reports the Israeli atrocities on Palestinians. Doesn't make for good press, I'm guessing. Just in case you missed this latest provocation by Israel on Palestinians, Reuters reports fairly regularly on Israeli crimes against humanity.
Yes, Palestinians are human and it really doesn't matter what Israel's man in the UN Dan Gillerman or the Anti-Defamation League would say to the contrary. Gillerman sucks and the ADL has become the publicity arm in America for an Israeli government turned remarkably fascist.
Now according to an Israeli commentator named Ben Caspit, "Palestinian militants had been firing hundreds of homemade rockets into Israel." Homemade rockets? Jeez, Caspit buddy, are we talking bottle rockets or what?
Why would Palestinian militants fire homemade rockets into Israel? Israel has cut the Palestinian Authority off from the world and monies that are owed to the Palestinian people. Israel has bottled up Auschwitz the West Bank and built that really spiffy wall around it to emphasize the point. Israel holds thousands of Palestinians in prisons in and around Israel, and there the Palestinians languish. Pretty darn sporty.
Palestinians have no rights human or otherwise and jeez, Caspit old pal, you wonder why the Palestinians are militant? Go figure.
Then there's Gaza. Maybe our world should start referring to Gaza as Gaza the butcher block. Butcher Block Gaza has a nice ring to it, no?
The brave and ever so bloody Israel Defense Force went charging into Beit Hanoun and proceeded to blow the bejesus out of just about anything standing. There's not much left standing anywhere in Butcher Block Gaza so the pickings are fairly obvious. The IDF managed to kill an innocent family of 19 and one young man quoted by the Associated Press stated, "An infant girl had been blown to pieces. I tried to look for her head. I tried to look for her head!"
Well done, tough guys. Pretty goddamned cowardly of you. Talk about over-kill. Was the infant girl shooting homemade rockets into Israel?
George 'Pol Pot' Bush called on Palestinians to "show restraint." Right. P.P. Bush also stated that "Israel has begun an investigation." So freakin' what? People wonder why the Palestinians are militant. Ever wondered how many pieces an infants head can be blown into? Maybe America's Dear Leader could offer up an answer.
