George W. Bush: the man, the madness, the menace or...
Treason on the half shell
|
by Don Nash, Unknown News
Dec. 21, 2006
President George says, "We're not winning in Iraq." Gosh, George, you've got a tenacious grasp on the glaringly obvious. Yup, sure is.
|
An immoral war of naked preemptive aggression cannot be won. Not by you, not by Deadeye Dick Cheney, and not by the U.S. military. There's just not a positive spin that can be spun on Iraq the horror. Iraq the quagmire. Iraq the preemptive genocide and perverse slaughtering of innocents.
There's not enough torture to produce the desired end, nor is there enough lying that will suffice your murderous psychopathic delusions. Game's over, sad sack, and the suggestively tragic part of all this insanity is that Congress seems incapable or unwilling to pull your plug.
Bye, bye Miss American Pie. You drove the Humvee to the Euphrates and an IED caught you halfway down a blind cul-de-sac. Golly, George, shouldn't that be construed as murder?
Given the Bush administration's wanton distortions and boldfaced lies about the entire
|
Iraq fiasco, any American service personnel that has been laid to waste or is about to be laid to waste is a victim of two crimes: murder, and treason.
The lies amount to treason on the part of America's president and all the president's minions and pasty-faced sycophants. Remembering of course that the president and company all swore that oath of office to "uphold, protect, and defend the Consti-
| tution." Right. Or did Bush issue one of those trite 'executive signing statements' after
taking his oath of office?
Insane is, as America's president does. How much innocent Iraqi blood is yet to be spilled? How much American blood? When is enough to be viewed as enough? Does Bush own a sacrificial altar that requires a daily coat of freshly spilled blood and should it matter if that fresh blood is Iraqi or American? Wouldn't that define Bush's madness as bloodlust?

Remembering, of course, that Iraq had no connections to 9/11/01 and Iraq had no weapons of mass destruction. Mercy, the redundancy is redundant! So the Iraq preemption is simply a carnival of chaos, bloodshed, and sanity is a vastly overrated gesture of futility. Eat, drink, and make merry for tomorrow someone dies! The Army's Humvee is on a congested highway to hell.
Give our world one part murderous insanity, stir in an ample part of arrogant vanity, add a heaping helping of British lapdog inanity, a pinch of ignorant distortion, a half cup of gunboat bullying, a tablespoon of Israeli provocation, and a dash of Orwellian perversion. Then beat well, beat it senseless, pour it into a well greased casserole dish, and bake for about 45 minutes in a nuclear threat oven and presto, it's Bush's Armageddon Delight for six billion souls. Yum, and won't Mom just be so proud of her boy's finesse in hell's kitchen? America's commander in carnage has cooked up another ghastly delicacy and the children will be thrilled. Why of course they will.
More Bush hell on the menu will serve up Iran à la axis of nukes in a blanket. Goin' to need some on-yon and savor that half life spicy goodness. Nothing spells warmonger cooking like a good old fashioned slow cooked preemptive strike.
Will Congress ever wake up and cut the funding for the Bush insanity? Will Congress ever get up the spine to hold the Bush war criminals to account? Does Congress have an inkling as to the exact and legal definition of treason? Treachery? Murder? War crimes? Impeachment? War crimes tribunals?
Stay tuned for next week's installment of 'If The Funding Gets Cut!' Somewhere out in the desolate reaches of al-Anbar Province, a young Iraqi thinks to him or herself, "Is malice aforethought just another trick of the light?"
