The point of no return for World War III

I saw a few minutes of Mitt Romney's speech on President's
Day and was chilled by what I saw. He endorses the surge
in Iraq and is mightily opposed to "rewarding" Iran by
"engaging" them diplomatically. In effect, he is a Bush-Cheney
wind-up doll: pull his string and he parrots pro-war rhetoric
from the White House.
If a serious candidate for the Presidency takes this line and
believes there is a chance of winning, then America is beyond
the point of no return on our way to all out war in the Middle
East. In effect we are committed to a War Against Islam --
all 1 billion of them.
Politically there is no way out for U.S. politicians. They
cannot commit to a sane course of action. Cause and effect
are mixed, and the public is bombarded daily with propaganda
about Iran preparing a new Holocaust for Israel, yada yada,
jihadists this, extremists and terrorists that and the other
thing...
One day, probably one or two years from now we will look back
at all of the opportunities we had to de-escalate from the war.
It will then be too late. The longer Bush-Cheney continue their
overt wars and their covert terrorist/special-ops missions
around the world, the more animosity is created; we are creating
the enemies we are afraid will defeat us...
This isn't like Vietnam. It is far more serious, given the heavy
players involved and the vitally important oil and gas resources
of the Middle East. The rest of the world, especially the Islamic
people, will not allow Bush and America to rule them. Even the
Afghanistan war is not only not ending, it is now going into the
next stage -- which is a righteous war of liberation to eject
the occupation forces. The USSR lost there, just as every occupier
has always lost in Afghanistan back into the dawn of time.
Does anyone believe that the Strategic Retards in the White
House are more competent than others who have attempted
to rule Afghanistan?
Prepare to be led into WW3 by the stupidest, most incompetent
President in American history. This will be an utter disaster,
and it is inescapable due to Democratic politicians refusing to
stand up. If they fund the President's next war appropriation,
then THAT will be THE defining moment, and WW3 becomes
inevitable. Watch it go down...
