You've read "the truth" about your local, county, state, and federal
"servants'. You know of the heinous acts happening overseas. You know
of
the heinous acts of some of our servicepeople, who come home poorly adjusted
to
civilian life and unable to obtain VA help.
You've got your supplies.
You've made those calls. Now you're waiting, and it's killing you inside.
When? Where? How? You find strength in spirituality, anarchy,
religion,
entertainment, etc. But the bottom line is that the drama is coming
right
on up to your doorstep.
In my yard the orange trees aren't producing, for the first time
in
years. I

don't have those darn bees trying to chase me around the
room.
Yes, the drama is here. But you know what? Your ancestors survived (by
fair
means or foul) and you will too. Get ready... the madness is here.
There
will be times of drama, and you will lose some of those you love. Maybe
you'll be
the one lost. But we will survive. Even if only for a while.
Instead
of
ringing the phones of your politicians, email your favorite celebrity
or
musician -- often. Maybe you'll see more of a rise out of them. Yes, the
mortgage payment is getting bigger, the car loan payments more burdensome, your kids'
extracurricular classes more expensive, your elder care more
frustrating,
and the IRS? Don't get me started.
But pick a battle and fight it. Each human is blessed with a unique
strength.
Find yours and let's do this. America will NOT go down as planned by
CNN.
Show them. Words are necessary, but actions even more so.
Good luck and God speed. I just received notice that my niece is
headed to
Iran first week of July. All I can do is hope -- and act.
