You're sloppy, you're irresponsible,
and you refuse to change

by Kathy Fisher, Unknown News
klfisher@webtv.net       August 24, 2007

Americans have pitiful excuses for not taking responsibility for the miserable situation our country is in. For instance. Sorry but I have to go to work, I
don't have time to go to a town meeting, no time for a protest rally, no time to sit down a write a letter to my local newspaper...

But I catch them in the lie when I see that they find all the time in the world to spend an entire day at the mall shopping for one stupid item they don't really need or

standing in line for tickets to a concert or a sports event or loafing at a dance club, standing in line to pig out at an all you can eat fest, going bar hopping every Saturday night for the last 10 years.

I tell people that they hold the power in their wallets to say no, but do they listen? Of course they don't. They love the vicious cycle they've gotten themselves on to because they can use it right back in our faces over and over again.

I have no time because I have to work to pay my bills, so leave me alone.  No, you stupid asses, don't say bills.  Say debt.  You made your beds, now sleep in them, but I tell them don't lie to me, cop to it and admit it. You're sloppy, you're irresponsible, and you refuse to change.

To my friends who hope to see people take the day off from a work and protest the war or taxes or anything resembling any great importance, I'm telling you, fuhgettaboutit! With this crowd? It can't, It won't happen, because they are addicted to Debt. Addicted to nonsense. Addicted to an I don't care mentality. And soon, addicted to Big Brother.
