A slightly lunatic Deputy Assistant Secretary for Coalition Affairs to Defense Secretary Robert Gates, her name would be one Debra Cagan, made some scandalous remarks to members of Britain's Parliament. Our Ms. Loopy claims, “I hate all Iranians!”
|
Cagan's remarks were reported September 29, 2007 in the Daily Mail, which would be the London Daily Mail, which finds England as its center of the known universe.
The soiree where Cagan was shooting her mouth off was a Pentagon FYI gizmo for an “all-party” grouping of members of the British House of Commons. Four of the six MP's in attendance at the Pentagon slam-fest, have verified Cagan's vulgarity.
Her honesty in this instance wasn't honorable or wise. Cagan said what she said and it's on the record and now the Pentagon is denying that she said what she said, and so on and so on. There was a picture of Cagan with the Daily Mail article and what a loose cannon she appears to be. Check out the photo and her really keen red leather 'storm' coat and the even more keen “Iron Cross” neck wear. Shades of Hermanetta Goering.

| One of the Pentagon flunkies stated, “She is very forceful and some of my colleagues were intimidated by her muscular style.” Should the world's reading public interpret that to mean she's a muscle-head? She's an indelicate buffoon and that is the benchmark by which the Bush Reich may now be known.

If they're successful in pulling a little 'shock-and-awe' wool over our eyes, that will probably engage the civilized world in a War of Finality.
Armageddon, so to speak.
Russia and China aren't going to stay idle on the sidelines for this one, kids.
No how, no way.

You see, propaganda is the Bush Reich modus operandi. Has been since day one of Bush Blows Up Our World. More for the case in point, the London Telegraph reports that the U.S. is training Gulf Arab forces for “war with Iran.” Now that will sit ever so nicely with the Shia contingent of Muslims that inhabits the Middle East, and with the Syrians and Iranians (you know, those Iranians that Cagan hates so vehemently), and with the overall genocidally brutalized in Iraq. Wasn't it simply brilliant of the Bush Reich to offer that story to the Telegraph? There's some chicanery at work here, me thinks.
CNN reported a U.S. general as saying, “security contractors use over-the-top tactics in Iraq.” Wow really? Go figure. Americans are tough as boot leather and you'd better not mess with an armed contractor in Iraq, 'cause they'll blow your freaking head off without provocation! That's the message behind CNN's report.
CNN reported that “U.S. says major 'al-Qaeda in Iraq' leader killed!” That makes about seventy-five or fifty seven “al-Qaeda” leaders “killed” in Iraq. The U.S. quoter is one Army Brig. Gen. Joseph Anderson. Didn't the U.S. “report” Abu Musab al-Zarqawi “killed” at least half a dozen times? Osama bin Laden has been “reported” to have been killed/glimpsed/sighted/almost captured/got away more times than Carter's has liver pills. It's ridiculous propaganda, but amusing to those not yet dead.
“Iraq has weapons of mass destruction!” So said our 'commander-in-cheese'. “Iraq has nuclear smoking guns or mushrooms or something like that and we're in DANGER!” So said America's Queen of Diplomatic Cannibalism. You know, that Condo Rice lady. “Iraq is getting safer and more democratic and more afire with the flames of democracy and quagmired or civil warred and obliterated.” So said MOST of the Bush Reich's sycophants. Well, and members of the U.S. Congress. Now there's a propagandistic collective if ever there was one.

Then there's the report by the Department of Veterans Affairs that states quite categorically, about 73,000 American service personnel who fought in Pappy Bush's Gulf War have been Gulf War Syndromed to death. And we've done it again, and one could toss in Afghanistan but, most of media doesn't “report” on Afghanistan. Wouldn't be prudent, I suppose.
America is awash in mountains of bull-speak. Mountains of bull-speak surrounding September 11, 2001, surrounding Afghanistan, surrounding Iraq, and more mountains of bull-speak surrounding the actual costs of the Bush Reich blitzkrieg in treasure and lives. Congress won't hear the truth and Americans might not recognize the truth if it bit them on the old American sit-down. Not that mainstream media EVER WOULD report anything close to truth.
It is entire possible that what passes for journalism in America these days is a sadly cloned and poor excuse for the journalism that Edward R. Murrow and Walter Cronkite made famous. ABCBSCNNMSNBC are walking in lockstep with the Bush Reich and 'we the people' should be about fed up by now. There is always hope be it ever so dim.
The Bush Reich War of Terror is winding up for a blitzkrieg on Iran. I know it, you know it, and most of the world's barely above literate know it. The Bush Reich propaganda machine is working double overtime to prepare, or should that read dummy down, the American people for Middle East Conflagration Part Deux. Here we go again. If they're successful in pulling a little 'shock-and-awe' wool over our eyes, that will probably engage the civilized world in a War of Finality. Armageddon, so to speak. Russia and China aren't going to stay idle on the sidelines for this one, kids. No how, no way.
That propaganda kills should be painfully obvious. That the Iran propaganda will kill more American service boys and girls should be worse than painfully obvious. The silly-ass “sanctions” the U.N. Security Council plays with haven't been in place long enough to “soften” the Iranian people up. The Iranians are NOT the Iraqis and given the scorecard at the bottom of the ninth in Iraq, the U.S. military can't be up for more of war's challenges.
The Bush Reich likes to talk a “muscular” talk, but it's pitiful propaganda at best. Is Dick 'the shotgun' Cheney going to ride a nuke into downtown Tehran? I would doubt that very much. Maybe John 'Fudd' Bolton will take an M-16 and charge up Tehran Hill. Yeah, I'll bet that'll happen. About the time that pigs sprout wings and take to flying 'victory' formations over downtown Jerusalem.
The single gravest problem with all the Bush Reich propaganda is that it kills. But it doesn't kill those who should be facing firing squads resulting from guilty verdicts in trials for treason. Let's stop playing word games with America's war criminals. If America is a nation of law, then by God, let's be honest with our own Constitution and start round-the-clock impeachments.
