Got hope? Nope.

How does any soul maintain even the dimmest glimmer of hope in a
hopelessly insane world? Is such a foolish notion even possible? 2007
is in the record books and let's put that hopeless sucker to bed and
leave the horror for the historians of some future time.

Remember as
George 'The Insane' foretold, "America does not torture!" Yeah,
whatever, scum-bag. Bush is about as ruthless a scum-bag as American
politics has ever produced. Just take a look at Bush's evil mentor
and puppet-master, Dick 'Shotgun' Cheney. No hope there and that's a
given.
The whiz-bang American presidential election farce is under full sway,
and if ever there was a reason to feel utter hopeless despair, now's
the time. You've got the Republicons on one side and the
Democraps
| on the other and either/or are as useless as teats on
a boar hog. Well, the R's and the D's are useful to the
warmongers
and the war profiteers and those nasty Israel-first types and your
run-of-the-mill psychopathic genocidal types, and "regular" Americans
are simply ass out and shit out of luck. Hope be not to proud to beg
for mercy.
How about Mitt 'The Snit' Romney? I can call old Rom 'The Snit' as I
know the man personally. He is sort of like that "uncle" that any
American family keeps in the family closet. 'The Snit' is a creepy
sort of vulgar pedophile, and he gives an entirely new dimension to
the term "demagogue." Pedophiliac/demagoguery is Romney's stock in
trade. 'The Snit' likes to champion the Boy Scouts, and where else
would the old Snitster get his fresh meat? Fresh fascist meat! All
blond

and Aryan and "patriotic" and ready for the "scoutmasters"
command to "drop those trousers!" Yeah, there's a dose of good old-fashioned American hope. Get those boys ready to take one up the
chute for "God and country." I kid the old Snitster, but maybe not
so much.
How about the Clinton/Obama Democrapic candidacy? Aren't Hill 'the
Shill' and old Bare-ax about the same Medusa? Both speak in that
"traditionally" American 'out-both-sides-of-their-ass' manner, voting
for more Iraq war funding and war on Iran funding and then, when in
front of that great American electorate, both would deny their
warmongering like tomorrow was a mere afterthought. Gosh, maybe the
Clinton/Obama Medusa figured that we the people weren't paying any
attention. Probably most Americans weren't. Isn't that a sign of
"hope" for the tomorrow? Why of course it is. NOT!
The single and most important failure of the Democraps is that
they're worse than the Republicons. The Democraps are supposed to
know better, but they've taken to pandering to the lowest common
denominator, and that's repulsive and reprehensible. Democraps have
appropriated "appeasement" and made the concept their slogan for a
new and darker America. Mercy, if you thought that the Bush regime
was giving America a police state, just you wait to see what the
Democraps unleash. Hope be not so proud to undergo a little
waterboarding. Maybe we could get Nancy Pelosi to test drive some
the ol' board and bucket of water? Yeah, that'd be fun to watch.
Then there's the McCain-Lieberman candidacy, and seeing as how both
are murderers in the old traditional sense, their appeal to
America won't be worth the price of a campaign contribution. McCain seems
to think that bombing Iran is a grand idea and Lieberman salivates
like Pavlov's dog at the slightest mention of Iranian slaughter.
Lieberman is adamant in maintaining that Iran should take a nuke
for Israel. I'll bet there's a handful of Americans who thought
Lieberman was just a liberal pussy. Well, he's as
bloodthirsty as the bloodthirsty come. Especially when it isn't his
own that should bleed.
Now I'll readily admit that none of this is politically correct.
Politically correct is cowardice and morally repugnant. Innocent
men, women, and children are being brutally slaughtered by ranting
soulless reprobates, and those who champion political
correctness are fools of an offensive order. The politically
correct would deny torture and genocide and ethnic cleansing and
illegal wars of naked aggression and as long as they get to see that Wal-Mart happy face each and every day, life
is sanguine and chipper for the politically correct.
So America is torturing children and murdering the innocent and
outsourcing the future of our great experiment in democracy, and I
for one have about had all I can stomach. I'm sick to death of
Republicons and Democraps and mainstream media that have whored
themselves out to the highest paying pimp. Hey, Gwen Ifill, got your
new house paid for yet? Hey, Brian Williams, how does driving to work every day with that
mattress strapped to your back work for you? I see it as craven and
disgusting. But, that's just me. I don't work or play very well with
others.
Yeah, malcontent and dissident. You see, there just isn't much
to be hopeful about and with the martyrdom of Benazir Bhutto, what
little there was to remain hopeful about sort of died with her. Yeah,
she martyred herself and why not? Maybe death is the only remaining
hope. Wow, isn't that just New Year's cheery?
We've got about one more year of the Bush regime. Scary as the
thought might be, the pending presidential election is even more
scary. America is offered little choice for leadership. Clinton?
McCain? Obama? Romney? Huckabee? Oh, mommy!
We the people are
screwed and we weren't even given a fair choice for whom we might
elect as our next imperial grand potentate. So would hope be the
war profiteering of Dianne Feinstein? Would hope be the slaughter of
Pakistanis? Iranians? More Iraqis? Afghans? Would more rendition and more
torture and even more nauseating political correctness bring hope? Would hope be
Arianna Huff 'n' Puff, or the Daily Kos posturing for more CIA covert
slaughter? Yeah, that Kos chump likes playing CIA. The Kos envies those who can
torture and kill without recrimination. Hope is dying the death by a
thousand cuts. Bleeding slowly bound and gagged in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.
Hope becomes a scripted Shakespearean tragedy and all the world its
players. Hope then becomes our next chapter in the Bush regime's War
of Terror, and what a rancid work of psychopathic fiction that's
become. Israel farts in Bush's general direction and the world can
sense an overall dreaded death of hope. Bhutto's been martyred
and that's pretty damn hopeless, and here comes 2008 and wow-oh-wow-whee, this ought to be some fun.
Hope? Hardly. Helpless horror and more just over the horizon.
