Jail guards in savage beating get probation
Feb. 21, 2007:
Iran offers to consider nuclear freeze| | Excerpt: Iran's chief nuclear envoy said Tuesday his country wants to negotiate over its uranium enrichment program, on the eve of a U.N. Security Council deadline that carries the threat of harsher sanctions...But the officials did not offer what the Security Council is demanding -- an immediate and unconditional stop to enrichment. Iran has long insisted that it will not stop its nuclear activities as a condition for negotiations to start...Iran's senior nuclear negotiator Ali Larijani was even more direct in rejecting an enrichment freeze as a precondition for negotiations in talks with [the International Atomic Energy Agency's] ElBaradei, according to diplomats familiar with the substance of their conversation. The diplomat said Larijani told ElBaradei that Iran could consider an enrichment freeze only as a result of talks -- and not before sitting down at the negotiating table.
Comment: This bears repeating, because you won't hear it put this way in the mainstream American press:
Iran is offering to sit down with the U.S. and talk about ending its nuclear program.
It is merely refusing to end its nuclear program before any negotiation or diplomacy has taken place, refusing to simply obey what the U.S. has ordered it to do so.
The U.S., on the other hand, is unwilling to negotiate unless Iran does everything we tell it to do before we start negotiating.
But remember, the Iranians are the ones acting irrationally. |

U.S. Congressman calls for war critics to be hung| | Comment: The right-wing has taken their argument to its logical conclusion: a blatant call to begin the round-up and execution of anyone who speaks against the Bush-Cheney administration. |

HMO complicit in murder by medical neglect and depraved indifference
| | Excerpt: An even bigger story that also remains uncovered, is that this murderous approach has become so routine as to be unremarkable, merely "business as usual" for our medical care extortion system. |
Feb. 3, 2007:
Still no evidence to back Bush-Cheney claims on Iran| | Excerpt: U.S. officials have declined to provide documentation of seized Iranian ordnance despite repeated requests. British officers stationed in Iraq at the time said they had seized no such weapons in the districts for which they had responsibility. U.S. military officials in Diyala have had the same experience. No munitions or personnel have been seized at the border, officers said.
Comment: The Bush-Cheney administration has told us that Iran presents some clear and present danger to America -- while every source un-connected to the White House says that just ain't true. |

The point of no return for World War III
by Pavel C., Unknown News
| | Excerpt: The rest of the world, especially the Islamic people, will not allow Bush and America to rule them. Even the Afghanistan war is not only not ending, it is now going into the next stage -- which is a righteous war of liberation to eject the occupation forces. The USSR lost there, just as every occupier has always lost in Afghanistan back into the dawn of time. Does anyone believe that the Strategic Retards in the White House are more competent than others who have attempted to rule Afghanistan? |

That election that was supposed to change everything
by Leon Fisher, Unknown News
| | Excerpt: Despite all the hoopla and high-sounding talk from the newly elected Congress, it appears that it is going to be business as usual. It is not the will of the people which matters, but that of a small body of politicians who represent the interests of those entities which can pay the most for their favors. |

The Mad Hatter's court TV by Kevin Good, Unknown News
| | Excerpt: The White House Rabbit who led
us down the holes to our current wars says Iran is a threat to America. They are developing WMDs, the people hate their tyrannical leader, and they will greet us as liberators. |

Conspiracies: A progression of persuasion by James B., Unknown News
| | Excerpt: The world is 180 degrees apart from what we are taught. The leadership was bought out by financial interests following the Treason of 1913. This is the Federal Reserve act. It gave private bankers the sole right to print fake money and loan it out as real. Since then USA has been a slave society, meaning you are actually working to pay the bankers. ... |

An ongoing and very active conspiracy by DanD, Unknown News
| | Excerpt: There is, in fact, an ongoing and very active conspiracy in this world that is, targeting for primary elimination, the greater masses of humanity. I quite understandably realize now that this grand scheme is so monstrous that most people, yourselves included, summarily prefer not to even entertain it at all. Why? BECAUSE THE VERY THOUGHT OF IT IS JUST TOO DAMNED SCARY. |

9/11 and tooty-fruity conspiracy theories by James B., Unknown News
| | Excerpt: When you open a discussion of 9/11 with a plot to depopulate the world, with our air, food, and minds being poisoned, with the conspiracy to kill JFK, the Council on Foreign Relations, Skull & Bones, Bilderbergs, secret societies, a plan to destroy U.S. sovereignty, the North American Union, and the devaluation of the dollar, not a lot of people are going to keep listening. |

If you want your America back by Mr. Chuckles, Unknown News
| | Excerpt: These war criminals, these lying, deceiving, murdering thieves who sh*t on our Constitution, who sent our soldiers to die for Exxon's oil, who stole our tax money, who sent our jobs overseas and rewarded the job-shipping corporations with tax breaks, those people understand nothing but power and force.

Sharing dreams brings oneness with the world by Kathy Fisher, Unknown News
| | Excerpt: I am no longer a body of solid mass. I have been turned into a mist of translucent powder particles, but at the same time I feel elongated, like my hands and body are growing, stretching. I rise like a giant into the highest part of what seems like sky going right up to the stars slowly rising. |

Support the troops?
by Kevin Good, Unknown News
| | Excerpt: The way I see it 'Support our troops' takes two forms.
The first is to remove the troops from the ill-conceived 'not greeted as liberators' un-anticipated civil war the U.S. created.
The second is to send more and more troops down the same road again and again, putting their lives and limbs on the line, looking for the next IED.

Hate 'the elite' -- but first, know who they are
by Underground Panther in the Sky, Unknown News
| | Excerpt: The system we call 'society' has been and still is designed deliberately for the benefit of wealthy elitist f*ckers, to systematically use others -- to torment, to keep ignorant, to deprive, to engineer, to terrorize, and to control people and sap them of everything. |

Art Bell hung up on me
by Kathy Fisher, Unknown News
| | Excerpt: Let me remind Art Bell that there would be no America if the Founding Fathers of our Country had taken Art's advice and left the Country because they disagreed with the other tyrant of the day, King George. |

There's a message at the heart
of Flags of Our Fathers by Leon Fisher, Unknown News
| | Excerpt: This movie clearly illustrates the dishonesty and contempt with which the political structure in Washington and its wealthy backers hold the common man, using him to do their dirty work for them. |

The new age of miracles by Kevin Good, Unknown News
| | Excerpt: Say our country has $5 to spend this year but the administration wants to spend $10. The administration proposes a budget of $20. Congress has weeks and weeks of sweaty heated debate and drastically cuts the proposed budget to $15. Congress goes home boasting of budget cuts. The administration spends $12 and boasts of reducing spending by being $3 under budget. They both add $8 to the country's debt. |
Feb. 7, 2007:
Worries not usually spoken aloud by Herb Ruhs, MD, Unknown News| | Excerpt: That American "government" would resort to this sort of thing is hardly a fantasy. All kinds of "sub-lethal" weaponry have been described recently in the mass media and on the net. Threats to use them against the political opposition are hardly veiled (witness the propaganda campaign about the "heat ray" weapon and its application to "civil disturbances").
The anthrax attacks have sunk below the horizon of news consciousness, but circumstantial evidence (the only kind we will have until we have our own Truth Commission, if ever) points to official involvement. |

Forgotten principles
by Leon Fisher, Unknown News| | Excerpt: You who support the abomination taking place in the Middle East, and who support the usurper who has defiled the temple of our Government, will reap what you have sowed. The murderous and corrupt policies of the Bush cabal will backfire, your stocks will plummet, and your own children will be sent into the caldron of war. You will lose much of what you hold dear, and quite rightly so, and you will be haunted for the rest of your days. |

America's complacent, obedient slaves by Kathy Fisher, Unknown News| | Excerpt: In the end it won't be the war to end all wars, but the war to end all worlds! And Americans brought it upon themselves. |
Feb. 3, 2007:
Terrorized stupid
by Kevin Good, Unknown News| | Excerpt: Authorities fired 911 rounds in the direction of the suspected explosive devise, striking it five times and wounding six officers. A bomb squad robotic device moved the suspected terrorist bomb a safe distance from the school and destroyed it as the IED attempted to reactivate itself by saying, "The cat says meow."

On finding our way out of despair by Herb Ruhs, MD, Unknown News| | Excerpt: Depending on heroes and leaders to save us will not work. The authentic ones will just be killed, or worse turned, and the phony ones will be made to seem real. All that is left, however, is enough. Dialog with neighbors, friends and family that is inclusive of all points of view and self assigned identity is enough. Word of mouth is more powerful than mass media. |
