Relentless propaganda on Iran
Clearly it is easy for Gen. Petraeus, Sec. Rice, Defense Sec. Gates, and all of those unnamed sources to spew forth their accusations/propaganda against Iran etc. while providing no proof or in the case of the “Syrian reactor” altered/fake pictures (no cooling tower). On the other hand, those of us who care about the truth have to take time to find sources that debunk the propaganda First mentioned were the US claims of Iran “interfering in Iraq.” Articles on this topic have already been put up at Unknown News that indicate that the Iraqi government has so far not discovered any “hard evidence” related to weapons from Iran or their training of resistance fighters. Prior to the US invasion of Iraq, Iraqi exiles living in Iran did receive training in their own corps. Then, in their return to Iraq the Badr Corps members joined the Iraqi government forces. There seems absolutely no reason for Iran to undermine the corps members by arming and training those opposed to/fighting them. In fact, Iran has worked to obtain cease-fires. In addition, related to a 4th round of scheduled talks between the US and Iran about security in Iraq, this short article indicates that Iran sees “no point in having talks with Washington as long as US forces [continue] attacking Iraqi civilians.” Iranians would call ending the fighting “maintaining stability.” It seems to me that Iran doesn’t want to antagonize either the Iraqi government or the many Iraqi Shiites who support Moqtada al-Sadr. In other words, the claims about Iran “interfering” are just bullsh*t. Then, this claim was mentioned: “CIA Chief says Iran funded the Syrian reactor destroyed by Israel and that it could have been used to create plutonium for dirty bombs.” Excuse me, but why would ANY country fund a nuclear reactor in ANOTHER country By the way, according to Wikipedia, the North Korean Yongbyon Nuclear Research Center wasn’t a place with just a nuclear reactor of the type Syria supposedly “had” (got with their help?). The whole set up required four different facilities. So if Syria only had “a” nuclear reactor of that type, then, without the other facilities it couldn’t produce plutonium or even power for that matter. So, it's more bullsh*t. NOTE: This is a link to a recent article describing what the US did to North Korea during the Korean War (1950-53) Regarding Syria, here is another MUST READ article. It’s by Paul Craig Roberts and discusses what the US invasion of Iraq is about and the neocons. It also mentions Syria. “There is no such thing as a neoconservative who is not allied with Israel. Israel hopes to steal all of the West Bank and southern Lebanon for its territorial expansion. An American colonial regime in Iraq not only buttresses Israel from attack, but also can pressure Syria ... from giving support to the Palestinians and Lebanese. ... Americans are dying and bleeding to death financially for Israel. Bush’s “war on terror” is a hoax that serves to cover US intervention in the Middle East in behalf of “greater Israel.” So there it is: Claims that are bullsh*t and more bullsh*t provided by US officials who clearly ARE psychopaths As for Syria, IS Syria giving support to the Palestinians and Lebanese? If so, what support and how did it come about? That is what I will focus on in Part 2.
Because we respect peoples' privacy, we do not keep records of friends' and contributors' contact information. When we publish incoming emails, we usually edit out the sender's last name, email address, or anything else that would tend to uniquely identify the author (if we slip up, please let us know). But if your email is unambiguously intended only to annoy, insult, or threaten us, we'll publish all the details, and leave it on-line forever. We're especially interested in hearing and considering different perspectives. All we ask is that you conduct yourself sanely and civilly. For the most productive dialogue, it helps if you'll cite a specific article or concept we've gotten wrong. You can contact Helen & Harry at <newsuneed at yahoo.com>. But please, don't email us unless you're really and truly, honestly, actually trying to send the publishers of News a communication you're not sending to anyone or everyone else. Please don't send attachments or other cr*p we don't want. If you're trying to reach us but getting no reply, it's probably because you've sent us cr*p we don't want, so we're filtering your emails into the trash, unopened and unread.
